Please plan to check in no earlier than 3 PM on the day of your arrival, and check-out no later than 11 AM when you depart.

Should you plan to arrive later than 3 PM, please let us know.

· You will be provided with a unique key to enter and exit the B&B at your leisure. We request this pin number be kept to yourself and other guests in your party for the duration of your stay.

· Please no smoking or pets on the property.

Please be mindful that the owners reside on the property and other guests may also be in the B&B and common areas during your stay. We ask that loud noises, such as music, be kept to a minimum.
